3. No Refund for Damaged or Altered Products:
Refunds will not be provided if the product is:

  • Physically damaged or altered from its original form.
  • Burned or water-damaged due to improper handling or external factors.

4. Overseas Refund Policy:
For international orders, only 50% of the product cost will be refunded, excluding shipping charges and customs fees.

5. Non-Refundable Installation Charges:
If the product was installed by an authorized dealer or technician, the installation charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
